This modern and well-equipped holiday flat offers 65 m² of space for up to four people. The open-plan living and dining room is located on the ground floor of the flat.
The open-plan living concept combines a comfortable sofa area with a dining area where you can spend cosy evenings with your loved ones. The TV in the living room provides entertainment and the living atmosphere is made particularly cosy by the underfloor heating. From here you have access to your own west-facing terrace with garden, typical Sylt Frisian wall, beach chair and garden furniture (seasonal). The fully equipped open-plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you will find everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes, including an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. The shower room, with WC and washbasin, is also on this level. A staircase leads down to the basement. Here there are two bedrooms with TV. There is also a second bathroom with a walk-in shower, towel dryer and WC as well as a bath to relax and warm up on cold winter days. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also at your disposal. The car parking space is located directly in front of the house.

The beds are always made and two shower towels, two hand towels, a shower mat, a kitchen towel per person are available.
You can rent any other linen package from our office for 28,- € per piece, it is also possible to rent individual items such as towels or pillows.
