La ubicación es muy buena. Sales del portal y ya estás en la playa. Ambiente de bares, restaurantes, supermercado, paseo marítimo… Las vistas desde el salón que dan al mar.
El olor que hay a cañería, sobre todo se nota por la tarde. Quizá faltaba algo de limpieza. Trapo manos, más detergente vajilla… Pero todo bien
Ideal para una pareja o una familia de 4, con niños pequeños.

La limpieza, los detalles, como poner café, productos de limpieza de cocina. Me gustó el espacio y distribución bien organizado. Las vistas y la de tipos de servicios cercanos al apartamento. Un supermercado justo al lado, bares, tiendas, restaurantes, y lo mejor, la playa a un paso.
Por poner alguna pega, que no tuviera parking.
