Our fantastic sea front flat has a huge terrace of 100 m2 equipped with sofas, table and chairs, sun loungers and barbecue.
From here the views of the Mediterranean are breathtaking and you can enjoy the sun all day long, the flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
One of them is inside the main bedroom and has a bathtub.
The other one has a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and washing machine.
The living room is very spacious and leads out onto the sunny terrace.
It has air conditioning (hot/cold) and private internet connection (fibre optic 30 Mb), communal parking area, gardens and two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children), a paddle court and direct access to the beach.
The property is situated on the outskirts of Estepona so a car is recommended.
You will find a large supermarket close to the property and the port of Estepona, as well as the town centre, are about 8 minutes away by car.
