The spacious living room and bright dining area create a perfect space for shared moments, with direct access to the outdoors.
On the ground floor, there is one en-suite bedroom with a double bed and shower, a bedroom with bunk beds, and a service bathroom.
On the first floor, there are four bedrooms: one en-suite with two single beds and a shower, one with two single beds, and two en-suite bedrooms with double beds and showers, all prepared to offer maximum comfort.
On the lower floor, there is a games room with a bar and a snooker table.
The kitchen is fully equipped, providing a functional space for meal preparation, with easy access to the outdoor area.
The exterior features a private pool, heated pool (additional cost), a patio with a seating area, and a barbecue, perfect for leisure time and outdoor dining.
Located on a quiet street in Santa Eulália, the villa is close to restaurants, bars, beaches such as Santa Eulália and Praia da Oura, as well as the lively Rua da Oura, Fisherman's Beach, and the historic center of Albufeira.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, flexibility may be possible during the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This is a self-catered property.
For your convenience, grocery hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always a great asset for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, considering the property's location.
However, if you are interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if you require them.
Group deposit: €200 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests.
For the 13th to 14th guest, an additional charge will apply, which includes an extra bed.
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may be applied.

Lovely pool but it hadn't been cleaned and filter system didn't work. When Pool man arrived on Friday 29th around lunch time he discovered there was a blockage. This was fixed and pool cleaned but we didn't have use of Pool til Friday evening as Pool man said not to use Pool for 5 hours following the cleansing process.
Apart from Pool episode everything else was good.
