The flat, equipped with free Wi-Fi internet access, welcomes guests with a living room composed of a comfortable double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV and an open kitchen fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, citrus juicer and American coffee machine. The living room leads to the private terrace, equipped with a table and chairs for breakfast and lunch in the open air. The apartment, equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in the hallway serving the two bedrooms, continues with two bedrooms, the first equipped with a double bed and wardrobe, the second equipped with a bunk bed, wardrobe and desk. The layout of this flat is completed by the bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and washing machine.

Guests will be able to make use of a public car park outside the property; from here it will be possible to reach the accommodation in about 10 minutes via a footpath.

Desenzano del Garda is a pretty village on the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.

In Desenzano you can rediscover the ancient Roman remains of the Villa Romana, visit the 10th century castle, stroll along the romantic old harbour and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach in search of relaxation: the shores offer four beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the view.
