Villa The Boat is located directly by the sea in the wonderful bay of Scaglieri, and from its terraces, you'll enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the bay, the Gulf of Biodola, and the open sea.
The sea and beautiful sunsets can also be admired from inside the house through its large windows that open onto unforgettable vistas.
From the recently renovated Villa, you can directly access the sea and the rocks below the house, or the fine sandy beach of Scaglieri, which is 150 meters away.
Villa The Boat is spread over three levels, all with direct access to the terraced Mediterranean garden set directly on the sea.
The terraces are equipped with garden furniture, tables and chairs, sun loungers, and umbrellas to enjoy the sun at any time.
A covered terrace with a splendid view, furnished with a table and chairs, allows you to dine outdoors at any time of the day.
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room that opens onto a furnished terrace with a 360-degree panoramic view, plus a guest bathroom.
A comfortable staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a room with two single beds and its en-suite bathroom.
From the villa's entrance, you can reach the lower floor with another double bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom.
The fourth independent bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a double sofa bed (ideal for two children), with an en-suite bathroom, and is accessed from the ground floor.
The beach offers all services, and guests can find restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and a small mini-market in Scaglieri.
NOT included in the rental fee: - Final cleaning: €300.00, to be paid upon arrival. - Security deposit: €1000.00, to be paid at check-in. (Full refund on check-out day if there is no damage). - Possibility to book parking for a fee.
Check-in (5:00 PM to 8:00 PM) and check-out (before 10:00 AM) times are binding.
In case of late check-out, the owner reserves the right to withhold the security deposit.
