The studio is located in an apartment house and is furnished in a modern style. Also due to its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Object is suitable for adults. Does not take small children.

The apartment house Claus is located near the town center and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. Access is via a path (asphalted). Snow chains are mandatory in winter. Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property.
