The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house. Also due to the view over the sea from the property the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Boat, bike and paddle boat rentals in the Villa.

Tkon. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow and flowers. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. In the house are the apartments DAL ZAD 216 (4 persons), 3 apartments of the same type DAL ZAD 218, DAL ZAD 776 and DAL ZAD 782 (each for 5 persons) and DAL ZAD 219 (8 people). Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

air conditioning. Facilities: baby cot, internet access (WLAN), phone, iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from early June to mid September, 4 m x 8 m, depth 1.4 m). Pool (35 sqm).
