The holiday apartment built in 2003, was renovated in 2011 and is furnished in a typical country style. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: parasol, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Punat. The holiday apartement is located on a 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 7 cars) is available on the property.

air conditioning. Facilities: children's toys and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.

allowed, EUR 6.00/pet per day.

Cooking nook in the living & bedroom with electric stove (4 plates), extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave and coffee machine. Storeroom with Washing machine. 2 bathrooms each with shower, WC and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
