The holiday apartment is located in a house built in 2003, was renovated in 2011, and is furnished in the typical local style. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Punat. The holiday apartment is located on an 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord only occasionally lives in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 7 cars) on the property.

Living/bedroom with 2 additional beds on couch/sofa, TV, dining area and access to the terrace (20 sqm, covered, garden furniture). 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (2 sqm). Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with electric stove (4 plates), extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave and coffee machine. Storage room with washing machine. 2 bathrooms each with shower, toilet and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and toilet.
