The villa built in 1998, was renovated in 2015 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to its sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Pula. The villa is located on a 170 sqm enclosed garden plot with shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Semi-detached house Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars).
Special
air conditioning. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

All pools are available for exclusive use. Outdoor pool (usable from mid May to end of September, heatable, 4 m x 6 m, depth 1,35 m). Swimming pool with hydromassage and counter-current system
