The holiday home is a semi-detached house and furnished in a modern style. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. The house BAL MAR 148 (for 8 people) is located separately in the other semi-detached house.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 130 sqm enclosed garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking is available on the property. A 10 m2 enclosed parking space (outbuilding) is available for bicycles
