This stunning modern 2 bedroom apartment has been built and finished to a very high standard. The building entrance has a wide sloped hall way leading to the lift. The apartment is located on the first floor. The front door opens into a good size, bright open plan living area. There is a fully equipped and quality designed kitchen with full oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and all cooking equipment. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster.
The corridor leads down to the back of the apartment. The first on the left is a quality bathroom with walk-in shower. Then next to the bathroom is the single bedroom with side table, desk and wardrobe. There is a fold up Z bed for an extra child to stay in this room. This property ideally sleeps 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child.
The main bedroom has been tastefully decorated to give a relaxing feel. There is a double bed with side table and lamps and a large built in wardrobe.
This apartment a a nice south facing balcony which over looks a great Spanish style street.
The location of this apartment is excellent! Only 75metres from the beach, 100 metres from the high street shops and surrounded by fabulous bars and restaurants.

Location but the apartment needs simple things like more face and bath towels also a mirror in bedroom as it has only one in bathroom which is not ideal for a apartment made for four
Noise from the apartment above was shocking but the apartment itself is very well soundproof from street noise
