Oui tree apartment was born for the pleasure of hospitality, for the love we have always had for all cultures, because we live on relationships and feelings, because we do.
Someone described this house: "Deeply rooted in the fabric of Naples, cultural, historical, architectural and at the same time agile, quick, new, lively, with a look at the cleanliness of the lines and the furniture and its contemporaneity." The 62 sqm apartment comfortably accommodates 3 people and is located on the second floor of a building without elevator.
The flat has been recently refurbished.
The original touch of the double shower, visible in the bedroom, the spacious walk-in closet, the colors used for the furnishings ensure that the living room is pleasant and lively.
Equipped with a balcony positioned towards the internal cloister, the flat remains quiet and peaceful. The interior space is composed as follows: KITCHEN CORNER equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka, toaster, gas kettle and various kitchen utensils LIVING AREA with split AC BEDROOM with queen bed, internal shower, split AC, single sofa bed and walk-in closet BATHROOM with wc, bidet and shower box (1 step to access it). Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). ATTENTION: The kitchen oven is not working at the moment. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato To access this apartment you can collect the keys at the KeyNest Farmacia Cozzolino & Vecchione collection point, in Corso Umberto I n. 393, a short distance from the accommodation.
Key collection is possible independently starting from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival.
In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11pm. NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment. After 21.00, check-in directly at the apartment is available with the following supplements: - 21.00 - 23.00: € 25.00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00; - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Napoli Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd The apartment is located in an area full of services and attractions. The "Decumano Maggiore", called Via dei Tribunali, is one of the most important streets in Naples, declared a World Heritage Site in 1995, being a street rich in history, modern art, archeology, local crafts, religious and culinary traditions. The street intersects with Via Duomo (the Cathedral of San Gennaro, patron saint of the city, and its treasure are within walking distance); continuing on via dei Tribunali you will come across Piazza San Gaetano and the adjacent San Gregorio Armeno (important for the crib art, also a Unesco heritage site).
Continuing your visit, you will find various churches of great historical importance, such as the Basilica of San Lorenzo Maggiore and the church of "Anime del Purgatorio ad Arco". Bel appartement conforme a la description. Bien situé (tout est accessible a pied). L'immeuble ne paye cependant pas de mine de l'extérieur et la porte commune ne fermait pas, quelques problèmes d'electricité (pannes) mais lié a des travaux dans la rue

Appartamento nuovo e pulitissimo. Comodo a tutto e in un contesto silenzioso. Staff disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. Super consigliato. Speriamo di tornarci presto!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und eignet sich als Ausgangspunkt um Neapel zu erkunden. Allerdings kann bei leichten Schlaf der Fluglärm stören. Die Kommunikation war gut, die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können ebenso wie die Pünktlichkeit bei der Schlüsselübergabe.
