Located on the lowest floor of the building, the holiday flat has direct access to the garden and you are about 20 metres from Lake Constance.
Situated directly on the shores of Lake Constance, it is the ideal starting point for your holiday, whether you just want to relax, do active sports on the lake or catch your next dream fish.

There is a large terrace directly at the holiday flat and another directly on the water.
We have our own access to the lake, also with a shallow natural beach, making it ideal for children.
