The cottage is located in Houffalize, a charming town about 10 km north of Bastogne, in the middle of the roughest part of the Ardennes.
Since the village was difficult to access until 10 years ago, there is no mass tourism here yet.
However, you will find all the ingredients to spend a nice vacation.
The overwhelming nature is obviously the most important of them, and Houffalize is not known for nothing because of the mountain bike world championship.
On site there are pubs, restaurants, bike rental, a nice indoor swimming pool, a large children's playground and of course a kayak rental.
Your vacation home is located together with 5 other houses at the edge of the forest high up on a hill with wooded slopes and in the valley of the Ourthe, which is still narrow here.
Right from your doorstep you set off for beautiful walks and hikes along hollow paths and unexpectedly beautiful spots in the beautiful nature.
