Simple and basic (prefabricated) house with a private pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 9 km from the beach and the center of Lloret de Mar. An ideal house for enjoying a family vacation on the Costa Brava!
Maximum capacity for 6 people.
It features an outdoor area with a private pool (8.5 x 4.5m) and a large covered terrace where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and lunches by the pool with beautiful mountain views, a barbecue, and parking space for 2 cars.
The built-in barbecue cannot be used, but there is a portable one available.
Supervised by a guard in the apartment below.
It has a living-dining room with a TV, a full kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker), 1 bedroom with a double bed (135x180cm), and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (80x180cm). 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 bathroom with a bathtub.
Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement of €35/week/pet. The deposit will be in cash and will be returned one week later via bank transfer.
Groups of young people accepted only upon prior request.

Un logement adapté à celles et ceux qui souhaitent un séjour au calme, en retrait de l’agitation balnéaire. La maison est simple mais bien conçue. La décoration et les équipements mériteraient un « petit coup de jeune » pour un côté plus cosy.
