House divided into 3 fully independent apartments with a shared pool, just 1 km from the quiet beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava!

This apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator.
It has a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in the sun with views of the pool, a living-dining room with a TV and direct access to the terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils including cutlery, pans, a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, oven, and washing machine.
It has 1 bedroom with a double bed (135x190cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x180cm), 1 bedroom with bunk beds (80x180cm), and 1 renovated bathroom with a shower. Located in a very quiet area with a pool (open from May onwards) shared by the 3 apartments. Bookings for groups of young people under 35 years of age are not permitted. Pets are accepted only upon prior request and with an additional charge. Check-in and check-out Check-in and check-out will take place at our Llafranc office located at C/xaloc 5, Llafranc. Tourist tax Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adult), which is mandatory by the Catalan Government.

Logement agréable dans un quartier calme. La piscine et la terrasse sont de véritables atouts pour cet appartement. L’accès au centre et aux plages est à 15-20 mn de marche. Le logement est assez mal équipé en ustensiles de cuisine (plat à four , bols, couteaux…).

Buena estancia en el primer piso para veraneo. Un poco antigua pero da su servicio.Para hacer cualquier cosa hay que usar el coche, ya que está un una zona alta un poco apartada del centro.Pero no tuvimos problemas para aparcar en los sitios.
