Interior area with dining room with TV and fireplace, kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking: cutlery, pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Yes, you can enjoy meals as if you were at home! It has 1 bedroom with a double bed (135x180cm), 3 bedrooms with two single beds each (90x190cm), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.

Portable electric radiators optional and with supplement: 50 €/week (to be ordered before the day of arrival).

Special rules and deposit for young people
A cash deposit of 150 euros/person per house and 75 euros/person per flat must be paid in cash. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. It is strictly forbidden to celebrate or make noise after 22:00h. In case of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any kind of refund.
