Villa Fina is a cosy 3 bedroom house located in a quiet residential area only 8 km from the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar, one of the most popular destinations on the Costa Brava! Full of restaurants, supermarkets, bars... And all surrounded by beaches and coves with crystal clear waters.
This house is ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Maximum capacity for 6 people on a plot of 950 m2 with 85 m2 built.
Outside area with private swimming pool (9x4m), garden and a large and charming covered terrace where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the swimming pool. At the back of the house there is another outdoor area with a barbecue and a basketball court. Outdoor parking for 2/3 cars.
Dining room with TV. Kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking: pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Yes, you will be able to enjoy meals as if you were at home!
Bedroom with a double bed (135x190cm) and two bedrooms with 2 single beds in each (90x190cm). Two bathrooms with shower.
Free Wifi.
Pets accepted on request and with supplement (7 euros/day).
Groups of young people are not allowed.

Mooie onderhouden tuin en zwembad. Leuke patio waar je heerlijk in kan verblijven. We hebben het, ondanks onderstaande verbeteringen, veel plezier gehad in de woning en omgeving.
Het huis was helaas niet schoon ( vieze keukenkasten en ook in de badkamer kasten zaten nog kruimels). Niet alle stopcontacten werkten. Er zijn er al weinig, dus dat was wel een gemis. Ook de kleine douche gaf geen koud water, waardoor we daar geen gebruik van konden maken. Tips ! Het huisje heeft i...

La maison est parfaite pour des vacances en famille. Elles est propre et bien équipée. Le jardin propose une vue dégagée, 2 jolies terrasses et une belle piscine.L'emplacement est idéal , 5km de Lloret de Mar (accès moins de 10min).Nous recommandons cette maison.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Fina Villa war fantastisch! Die großzügige Raumaufteilung war perfekt für unsere sechsköpfige Familie. Besonders genossen wir den privaten Pool und den Grillplatz im Garten. Die Lage war ruhig, aber dennoch nah genug am Strand und an Restaurants. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!
