Cozy, simple house with a private pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 7 km from the beach and the center of Lloret de Mar. An ideal house for enjoying a family vacation on the Costa Brava!

Outdoor area of 1,000 m2 with a private pool (9 x 4m) with mountain and sea views, barbecue, and spacious terraces with a table and chairs where you can enjoy family breakfasts and meals.
Parking for 2 cars is also available. Indoor area of 120 m2 with a living-dining room with TV and magnificent views, kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, gas stove), 2 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom (2 bunk beds + 1 single bed), 1 bathroom with a bathtub, and 1 bathroom with a shower. - Pets allowed upon request with a supplement of €35/week/pet. The deposit for pets will be in cash and will be returned one week later via bank transfer. Heating is optional and comes with a supplement: €50/week. Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava, notable for its clear, crystalline water.
You can rent umbrellas and sun loungers, as well as engage in activities like pedal boating, parasailing, water skiing, and canoeing.
You can also savor typical Mediterranean cuisine such as fish and paellas at the beachside restaurants.
Tossa de Mar is a charming medieval walled town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants, and lovely beaches. Conditions for Groups - For group bookings, a deposit of €150 per person must be paid in cash at the agency.
This deposit will be returned one week after departure via bank transfer.
Parties are strictly prohibited, as is making noise after 9:00 PM. Failure to comply with any of these conditions will result in the client having to vacate the property without any right to a refund.
