Outdoor area of 1.000 m2 with private pool (9 x 4m) with mountain and sea views, barbecue and large terraces with table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast and family meals. It also has parking for 2 cars.

Interior area of 120 m2 with living-dining room with TV and magnificent views, kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, gas cooker), 2 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom (2 bunk beds + 1 single bed), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.

Pets on request and with supplement.

Heating optional and with supplement: 50 €/week.

Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its crystal clear water. You can rent parasols and sun loungers, as well as practise activities such as pedal boating, parasailing, water skiing and canoeing. You can also enjoy typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paella in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming medieval walled town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches.

Special rules and deposit for young people
A cash deposit of 150 €/person per house and 75 €/person per flat must be paid in cash. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. It is strictly forbidden to celebrate or make noise after 22:00h. In case of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any kind of refund.
