Beautiful house with private swimming pool located in a quiet residential area just 1 km from the beautiful and peaceful beach of Canyelles, 4 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 7 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming villages of the Costa Brava. This house is ideal to enjoy a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

The outdoor area of 950 m2 with private swimming pool (8 x 4m), large terraces and barbecue area (portable) where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in the sun with mountain views. Garage for 3 cars.
Interior area of 170 m2 with living-dining room with tv and direct exit to the terrace, kitchen open to the living room (microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, washing machine and fridge freezer), 3 double bedrooms (2 of 160x 200cm + 1 of 135x200cm), 1 bedroom with 2 beds (80x190cm), 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
Youth not accepted.

Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its crystal clear water. You can rent parasols and sun loungers, as well as practise activities such as pedal boating, parasailing, water skiing and canoeing. You can also enjoy typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paella in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming medieval walled town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches.

Lovely, light and spacious house with large bedrooms and lots of clothes storage. Great, clean pool and terrace. Only a few houses nearby and lovely views over the valley to the sea. Canyelles is a beautiful area to stay. Everything went well - a few minor fixtures and fittings issues which were sorted immediately. No international/English language channels on TV.

Die Unterkunft ist in einer traumhaften Lage. Der Außenbereich des Hauses ist sehr schön, lediglich der Tisch und manche Stühle sind etwas wackelig. Innen ist das Haus sehr einfach gehalten. In den Badezimmern wurde Laminat verlegt, welcher aufquillt. Sonntags kam ein Hausmeister, welcher den Pool reinigte, den Rasen mähte und die Blätter aufkehrte.Insgesamt hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt!
