Beautiful house with private swimming pool located in a quiet residential area just 9 km from the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar. Ideal house to enjoy a family holiday on the Costa Brava.
Maximum capacity of 11 people.
Outdoor area of 780 m2 with garden and private pool (10 x 4 m), large terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the pool with beautiful mountain views. It has a barbecue and parking.
The house is distributed on 2 floors with independent entrances: On the ground floor there is a living-dining room (TV) with exit to the pool terrace, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 2 with 2 single beds in each) and a bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there is a living-dining room with TV and access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, washing machine), 1 bedroom with double bed (150 x 200cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190cm), 1 single bedroom (bed 90 x 190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.
Groups of young people are not accepted. Bookings from young people under the age of 35 are not accepted.
