Townhouse located in a quiet residential complex just 100 m from the beautiful Pals beach, one of the prettiest on the Costa Brava! And a 15-minute drive from the town center.
Outdoor area with a communal pool, gardens, and a children's playground.
Maximum capacity of 6 people.
It is distributed over two floors: On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room with a fireplace and direct access to the garden.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for cooking: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, and a guest toilet.
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms (1 suite with a bathtub, a double bed measuring 150x190cm, and a balcony, and 2 rooms each with 2 single beds measuring 90x190cm), 1 additional bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
Pets are accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement.
House for families only.
Reservations from young people under 35 years of age are not accepted.
Ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava! Check-in and check-out: Check-in and check-out will take place at our Llafranc office located at C/xaloc 5, Llafranc.

Gute Lage in zweiter Reihe zum Meer. Alles etwas abgewohnt. Keinerlei Information über das Haus, Müllabfuhr, usw. 1Gartenliege für 6 Personen, keine Gartenauflagen für Stühle. Keinerlei Bemühumgen duch die Agentur.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa! Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, was die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten sehr erleichterte. Die Terrasse war ein toller Ort für ein Frühstück in der Sonne.

Our stay at Mas Pinell 44 was simply delightful! The villa is beautifully maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home, The proximity to the beach was a huge plus, just a short walk away, We enjoyed our evenings on the terrace, soaking in the peaceful surroundings, Highly recommend for families looking to unwind!
