Large house with a private pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 2 km from Blanes! Blanes is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava, offering restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, all surrounded by beaches with turquoise, crystal-clear waters.

Outdoor area of 650 m2 with a private saltwater pool (8x4m), barbecue (portable) where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and lunches by the pool, a large terrace with partial sea views, parking, and a garage.
Indoor area of 300 m2 with a dining room with a fireplace and TV.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, such as cutlery, pans, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, and dishwasher. It consists of 2 double bedrooms (135x190cm and 150x190cm); 2 bedrooms with two beds each (90x190cm); 1 bedroom with a trundle bed (80x190cm), 2 bathrooms with bathtubs, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Free Wi-Fi. Groups of young people upon request. Pets upon request with a supplement of €35 per week per pet.
The deposit will be in cash and will be returned one week later via bank transfer. Special rules and deposit for young people: A cash deposit of €150 per person for the house and €75 per person for the apartment must be paid.
This will be returned one week after the client's departure, once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition.
Parties and making noise after 10:00 PM are strictly prohibited.
In case of non-compliance with any of these conditions, the client must leave the property without the right to any refund.

Pas des draps pleins de fourmis dans la cuisine partout pas de climatisation pour le prix ça ne vaut pas la peine

het huis is ruim, voldoende badkamers, keuken redelijk uitgerust (voor een huurhuis, alle huurders dragen niet dezelfde zorg voor het beschikbaar materiaal)
huis aangegeven voor 10 personen (wij waren met zes) maar de beschikbare hoeveelheid warm water is ontoereikend (1 bad , 2 stortbaden, de vierde heeft lauw water, de vijfde kan een paar uur wachten) ; alsook de wifi bedekking enkel in de living, de kamer beneden op een vijftal meter van de living had praktisch geen wifi meer.

La villa est très bien située. La vue est magnifique. La maison est très spacieuse avec plusieurs terrasses et une très belle piscine. L équipement est complet . Nous deplorons cependant les salles de bain qui auraient besoin d être réparées et rénovées. Les lits sont également un peu vieillissants.
