Simple house with a private pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 2 km from Blanes! Blanes is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava, where you can find restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, all surrounded by beaches with turquoise and crystal-clear waters.
This house is ideal for a peaceful family holiday on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity for 10 people. Outdoor area of 470 m2 with a private pool (5x4m), built-in barbecue, covered porch, and a terrace with mountain views.
Parking is available. Indoor area of 150 m2 with a dining room with a fireplace and TV on the lower floor and a spacious living room with a sofa bed on the upper floor.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for cooking, such as cutlery, pans, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, and a washing machine.
There are 2 double bedrooms (140x200cm), 1 bedroom with two beds (90x200cm), 2 single bedrooms (90x190cm), and 2 bathrooms with showers.
Free Wi-Fi is included. Heating is optional and available for an additional charge of €50/week.
Pets are allowed upon request and with a supplement. Special regulations and deposit for young groups: A cash deposit of €150/person for the house and €75/person for the apartment must be paid.
This will be returned one week after the client's departure, once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition.
Parties are strictly prohibited, as is making noise after 10:00 PM.
In case of non-compliance with any of these rules, the client must leave the property without any right to a refund. Check-in and check-out will take place at our office in Lloret: Av.

maison très grande et très bien située : supermarché et zone commerciale à 5 min. piscine propre. nous étions 10, la maison est parfaite pour recevoir autant de personnes, il manquait juste le lave vaisselle... je recommade cet endroit pour un moment tranquille en famille. tout prêt de lloret de mar. Pas loin de tossa de mar et gerone.

Séjour agréable. Grande maison. Quartier calme avec une belle vue. Piscine non chauffée donc très fraîche pour la saison. Barbecue en dur sous abris très pratique. Il manque un plat pour utiliser le four.

Everything worked, the communication was effective, nice house but the location is not very fortunate and you had to get the keys very far away from where the house was
