House with private pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 3.5 km from the beautiful Canyelles beach, 4 km from the center of Lloret de Mar, and 6 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava.
This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity for 13 people. 800 m2 outdoor area with a private pool (9.5x4.5m), a large covered terrace with a table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfasts and lunches with mountain views, a barbecue area, and swings for the children. 170 m2 indoor area distributed over 2 floors.
Main floor with living-dining room (TV, fireplace) with access to a terrace with beautiful mountain views, kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, washing machine, coffee maker), 2 double bedrooms (135x185cm), and 1 single bedroom (80x190cm), and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The upper floor is exactly the same, except for the bedrooms, which are distributed as follows: 1 double bedroom and 2 triple bedrooms (bunk beds + trundle bed (80x180cm)). 2 beautiful terraces.
Free WiFi.
Parking for 3 cars with a sloped ramp. Pets accepted upon prior request and with a supplement of €35/week/pet.
The deposit will be paid in cash and returned one week later via bank transfer.
Young groups upon request. Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava, known for its clear, crystalline waters.
Umbrellas and sun loungers can be rented, and activities such as pedal boating, parasailing, water skiing, and kayaking are available.
You can also enjoy typical Mediterranean cuisine, such as fish and paellas, at the beachside restaurants.
Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants, and lovely beaches. Special regulations and deposit for young groups: A cash deposit of €150/person for houses and €75/person for apartments must be paid.
This will be refunded one week after the client's departure, once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition.
Celebrations and noise after 10:00 PM are strictly prohibited.
In case of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without any right to a refund. Check-in and check-out: Check-in and check-out will take place at our office in Lloret: Av.

carolina fue muy atenta a todo lo que le preguntemos incluso nos busco una alternativa ya que la casa que teníamos reservada no podíamos alquilarla y nos busco una solución. Lo que la alternativa de la casa estaba un poco sucia, olía a cerrado... la parte exterior muy confortable y muy adecuada

pas de porte dans la montée d’escalier qui n’isole pas le 2 eme salon si on regarde 2 choses différentes l’eau chaude casi inexistante à l’étage

Maison bien placée et avec de superbes extérieurs. Il est dommage par contre que l’intérieur ne soit pas suffisamment entretenu, c’est spartiate, les salles de bain demanderaient un coup de rénovation, il n’y a pas de chauffage dans la majorité des pièces, et les casseroles et poêles sont loin d’être en quantité suffisante pour pouvoir faire à manger pour tout le monde.
