House with private swimming pool located in a quiet residential area only 3.5 km from the beautiful beach of Canyelles, 4 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 6 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming villages of the Costa Brava. This house is ideal to enjoy a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Maximum capacity for 13 people.
Outside area of 800 m2 with private swimming pool (9.5x4.5m), large covered terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast and meals with mountain views, barbecue area and swings for children.
Indoor area of 170 m2 distributed in 2 floors. Main floor with living-dining room (TV, fireplace) with access to terrace with beautiful mountain views, kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker, washing machine, coffee machine), 2 double bedrooms (135x185cm) and 1 single bedroom (80x190cm) and bathroom with bathtub. The upper floor, exactly the same, except for the bedrooms, which are distributed in: 1 double bedroom and 2 triple bedrooms (bunk beds + trundle bed (80x180cm)). 2 beautiful terraces.
Free Wifi.
Parking for 3 cars with inclined ramp.
Pets accepted on request and with supplement.

Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its crystal clear water. You can rent parasols and sun loungers, as well as practise activities such as pedal boating, parasailing, water skiing and canoeing. You can also enjoy typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paella in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming medieval walled town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches.
Special rules and deposit for young people
A cash deposit of 150 €/person per house and 75 €/person per flat must be paid in cash. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. It is strictly forbidden to celebrate or make noise after 22:00h. In case of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any kind of refund.
