This beautiful villa on the Loosdrecht lakes offers you the opportunity to bring your own boat, but you can also rent one from reception.
From the enclosed terrace with landing stage and swimming ladder, you can step straight into the water.
In winter, you can step onto the ice with the same ease.
Relax with a good book on the lounge set and enjoy a cosy evening in the living room with underfloor heating and dining area.
Not to mention the location! The water is in direct connection with the Loosdrechtse Plassen.
So be sure to bring your own boat or hire a sloop from reception to explore the watery surroundings.
Want to be more active? You can also go canoeing, supping, windsurfing and sailing.
You will find plenty of moorings in the area where you can enjoy a coffee, lunch or dinner on a terrace overlooking the water.
In the surrounding area, you will also find lovely villages, country houses and castles.
In the cosy village of Breukelen, you will find various cafés, restaurants and shops.

Das Haus, die Gegend, die Enten - einfach alles!
Die Toiletten zu eng und nicht schön gestaltet, obwohl kleine Details vorhanden waren.

Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mindestens 2 km entfernt sind und keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel verkehren.
Wir waren mit unserem Hund da....Lange und weite Teerstrassen bis man zu Wald oder Wiesen kam. Kein Quartierfeeling, alle Wege privat, für uns nicht so ideal

Ein wirklich tolles Haus mit schöner Einrichtung in toller Lage direkt am Wasser. Leider bei unserem Einzug zuvor nicht gut gereinigt. Geschirr hatte viele Beschädigungen. Wasserdruck in der Dusche eher gering. Mückenschutz ist aufgrund der Wasserlage zu empfehlen. Kein WC im Gästehaus.
