Located in the prestigious town of Sirmione, in a lakefront location, a one-bedroom flat for a group or family holiday for up to 4 people.

The flat, with Wi-Fi internet connection included, welcomes guests with the bright living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV, dining table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, electric kettle, juicer, coffee machine and toaster.

From the living room there is access to the private terrace equipped with table and chairs for lunches and breakfast in the open air with a magnificent view of the lake.

The flat continues with the master bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe.

The layout of the flat is completed by the bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.

The Residence's swimming pool can be used from 1 June to 30 September.

Guests of the flat can easily park two cars in the private garage (size: 5x2.95m) and in the private parking space.

The residence is located within walking distance from the centre with bars, restaurants, supermarket, beaches and boat rentals.

*The Reception is located at Via Tommaso del Molin 27 in Desenzano del Garda and is open every day from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.

Also not to be missed is Villa Callas, a residence that hosts events of the musical genre, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Giamaica beach.


The flat is easily accessible from the nearby Villafranca Airport in Verona, which is only a 20-minute drive away.
