Villa Vista Mar y Volcán is a beautiful home with views of the volcano and the sea, ideal for a vacation with family and friends, located in a quiet residential area.
Its spacious rooms offer an ideal place for an excellent holiday. The house is in Playa Blanca, a 5-minute walk from the Montaña Roja Volcano and 10 minutes from the sea. The house accommodates 6 people, and all rooms are on the same level, except for the pool area, which requires descending stairs.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are double and one is en-suite with a double bed and bathroom.
There is another bathroom between the two rooms and a spacious living-dining room.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with: ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, classic coffee maker, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle, and juicer. It features a small garden and a large pool, accessed from the terrace which has nice views, a table and chairs, and a sofa.
In the pool area, there is a barbecue and furniture for dining, under a sun umbrella.
The pool can be heated in winter for an additional cost of €120 per week. The house is equipped with: a washing machine and laundry room with recycling bins, a safe, air conditioning in all bedrooms, electric anti-mosquito devices, mosquito nets in the bedrooms, Smart TV with satellite channels (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French), and free internet access (wifi). We supply shower towels, beach towels, and bed linen. The 140 m² accommodation is tastefully and modernly furnished, comfortable and bright, with all rooms facing outwards.
It is located 150 m from the supermarket, 200 m from the water park, 300 m from the coastal beach, 500 m from the sandy beach, 1 km from the bus station, 1 km from the town center, and 33 km from the airport. The house has parking available on the public street, as it is a dead-end street with no traffic. We look forward to welcoming you with a special welcome pack to make your arrival easier: water, beer, soft drinks, juice, coffee, tea, and Colacao for the little ones, sugar, salt, chips, cookies, a basic cleaning kit, and aloe amenities (gel and shampoo). I liked the personal communication by what’s app. The house was great, big, and very clean. It was possible to put our luggage earlier in the house, which was great. The heated pool was a big plus for our stay.
We already suggested small practical points to improve by what’s app. Nothing serious.

The villa completely met our expectations. All the rooms were nicely decorated. The swinging pool and garden were very nice and cleaned every 3-4 days. We enjoyed our stay very much and intend to return in winter. Playa Blanca's center can be reached on foot in 30 minutes.
