Detached house with lovely outdoor spaces, just a few meters from the sea, beachfront, with direct access to the coast, in Ostuni.
The house is accessed via a driveway, shared with the adjacent house (Villetta Piramo).
Through a large veranda, you enter a very cozy and spacious living room, furnished with a dining table, decorative fireplace, TV, and sofa.
From here, you can access the bathroom with a shower and the independent green-toned kitchen, well-equipped and complete with an oven and toaster. The interior continues with the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom and two single rooms with pull-out beds (these two can be made into double beds upon request). This area also has a second bathroom with a shower. Guests can enjoy beautiful outdoor spaces, comprising two gardens – one smaller facing the sea and one larger behind the house – and two verandas, with tables for al fresco dining, a barbecue, and sun loungers for relaxing in the sun. *The villa also features an outdoor shower and a parking space in the driveway shared with the adjacent Villetta Piramo, which offers an additional 6 beds. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, you may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.

We stayed here six nights with our family (3 kids). We had a lovely stay. You can walk out of the garden directly to the coast. The house is near a highway, from there you can easily travel trough Puglia. The house has a big garden and a roof top. Only negative thing are all the stray cats in the garden and neighborhood.

Nulla. Ho apprezzato tutto. Solo il consiglio di precisare nei dati ubicazione che la villetta si trova a Villanova, cioè alla marina di Ostuni, che è splendida.
