Description of the apartment
Our 55 sqm holiday flat for 2 - 3 people is furnished in a cosy Bavarian style and is located on the ground floor of our house.
With two separate bedrooms, living room with south-facing balcony, modern fitted kitchen with dining area, as well as bathroom with WC and walk-in shower, it offers all the amenities for your holiday stay.
Relax and enjoy the panoramic view of the Karwendel, Brunnstein and Wetterstein mountains.
The flat also has a radio, DVD/CD player, cable TV, WLAN and safe. All linen is at your disposal.

Our house is centrally located behind the historic town centre in a quiet, close proximity to the two spa facilities. Set off from our doorstep into the Kranzberg hiking area: discover the countless walking and hiking trails, which are also accessible in winter, the toboggan run and the family ski area or use the nearby stops of the free Alpenwelt Karwendel ski and hiking bus. Shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants are just a stone's throw away in the inviting pedestrianised area with its impressive air paintings. Experience customs and tradition up close.

The keys are handed over personally on site.
Pets are not allowed.
The amount of the tourist tax is currently 2,60 € and will be charged on arrival.

Included: final cleaning, additional costs, Wi-Fi use, bed linen and towels, parking at the house.

Due to the current Corona situation we would like to draw your attention to the currently valid 2G regulation. Upon arrival in our holiday flat, proof of vaccination or proof of recovery must be presented.

In order to enable the following guests to arrive from 14.00 hrs, we ask you to vacate the holiday flat by 10.00 hrs at the latest.
