Welcome to flat 85 in house 1 of the "Vier Jahreszeiten"!
This flat for two is in an absolute dream location on the 8th floor and is extremely popular because of the wonderful direct sea view, which you are sure to take home with you as a dream holiday memory. The bright corner flat has been extensively renovated and offers its guests a harmonious and tasteful overall picture.
In the separate bedroom with a view of the entire south beach and promenade, there are two single beds (90*200 cm & 90*190 cm) and a wardrobe with mirror.
The modern renovated, interior shower room has an illuminated mirror cabinet, a towel radiator, washbasin cabinet with drawers and a shower with bathtub and shower curtain.
The large and comfortable couch can be used as a sleeping accommodation if required. An armchair is also available. Flat screen TV (32 inch) and Wi-Fi access round off your entertainment options.
The kitchenette has a 2-burner ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, all cooking utensils and comprehensive crockery.
From the balcony on the 8th floor, you can enjoy a direct, breathtaking view of the glittering sea at your feet. Comfortable high-backed chairs with cushions and a bistro table invite you to relax, recharge your batteries and sunbathe.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed on holiday here. Please ask us for alternative accommodation.
