This is the second time we have stayed at Fir Tree Farm, last year in Apple Tree and this year in Pear Tree cottage. Pear Tree is a lovely cottage, very clean and well maintained with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is very quiet and is ideally situated for the Park and Ride into York.

Pear Tree Cottage is lovely. Spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. It worked really well for children with a nice playarea and feels safe and quiet but very convenient for York. The log fire and welcome pack made us feel at home.

The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. The owners were welcoming and helpful. Access was secure and accessed by key fob. Plenty of on site parking. I would highly recommend this cottage and we will certainly return.
