Great friendly very bright, exterior except bathrooms and kitchen, elegantly furnished apartment.
It is located in an upscale residential area of the barrio de El Antiguo just 50 meters from the beach Ondarreta.
We are a management company for the rental of tourist apartments in San Sebastián of recognized prestige and with years of experience, managing numerous apartments.
In our company, two of the things that we value the most and give great importance are
- We value and attach great importance to CLEANING THE APARTMENTS.
For this, we have a professional cleaning company. This uses top quality products. All our bedding and towels are washed in industrial laundries at more than 60º temperature to guarantee 100% hygiene.
- Very personalized attention to all our guests.
The apartment consists of
- 1 room with double bed and full ensuite bathroom with tub.
- 1 bedroom with two single beds.
- 1 second bathroom also with bath.
- The rooms have a good wardrobes and all the woodwork is lacquered.
- Dining room outside.
- Fully equipped kitchen. Kitchenware and small appliances.
- Washing machine.
- Dishwasher.
- Refrigerator.
- Oven.
- Microwave.
- Ceramic hob.
- Small appliances. . (Coffee maker, microwave, toaster, juicer, kettle, hairdryer, iron, etc.)

Located in the Old Quarter area next to the Ondarreta beach and promenade of La Concha, through which you reach the city center admiring its spectacular bay.
Two steps from the Miramar Palace, former summer residence of the kings, the gardens of Ondarreta and close to the Real Club de Tenis, for which walk you get to the famous sculpture "The Wind Comb" of Txillida and Mt. Igueldo.
The area has many bars, shops, traditional grocery stores and many supermarkets.
Taxi and bus nearby.
