Lovely flat with small terrace in a residence with swimming pool in the prestigious town of Sirmione, a few steps from the lake and the beach.
The flat, recently renovated, is situated on the first floor reachable on foot.
The entrance opens onto the bright living room, finely furnished, and embellished with particular details, furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table, a television with only Italian channels; from here you have access to the small terrace where there is a dining table, perfect to enjoy outdoor dining on sunny days on the lake.
The independent kitchen is well equipped and complete with oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and kettle.
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms whose furnishings echo the silver tones of the rest of the house: the first has a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and a shoe rack, while the second has a bunk bed, a chest of drawers and a shoe rack.
A bathroom with a large shower completes the flat.
Comforts such as air conditioning in the hallway, free wi-fi and independent heating for colder days are available.
*The swimming pool is open from 01 June to 30 September. Swimming caps are required.
*At arrival or a few days before arrival you may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations. You will find all the information relating to your booking in the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

Starting at the historic city walls, you begin to discover its beauty with a visit to the Scaligero Castle and its Darsena. Next to the Castle begins the panoramic road along Lake Garda, which offers truly unforgettable views. For cycling enthusiasts, it is possible to take part in the itinerary to discover the Lugana wine by pedalling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a charming park, the thermal centre offers everything you need to regenerate and regain serenity and wellbeing, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow hot from the bottom of the lake. Also not to be missed is Villa Callas, a residence that hosts events in the musical genre, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Giamaica beach.
