Very nice studio with sunny south facing balcony and wonderful sea views. Studio Mariposa Casasol is one of the 38 flats in the pleasant and charming Spanish style building "Sol Marengo".


The air-conditioned studio has been recently refurbished and furnished for maximum comfort and is located on the third floor accessible by lift or stairs. From the front door you enter the bright and open room. Straight ahead is the large and fresh bathroom with large shower, toilet and modern sink with good storage space and combined washer/dryer.


The kitchen area has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is also coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The room flows with light and has a double bed 135-140x190 cm, with comfortable bed mattress, dining table with two modern armchairs, bookshelf and flat screen TV with over 190 International Channels and High Speed Fibre Internet.


The sunny balcony has a table and two chairs, awning and storage cabinets, as well as a beautiful sea view.

There is also an iron and ironing board.


Studio Mariposa is about 300 metres from Torrecilla Beach. It takes about 3 minutes to get there. You can walk to the central part of town in about 7 minutes, mainly on pedestrian streets and over the square "Plaza Cavana". A large supermarket (Mercadona) is 700 metres north, but there is also a corner shop in the same building as the studio. The nearest bakery is only 1 minute away. Everything is within walking distance.


We can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport and, if you arrive late, we can request a welcome pack if you arrive later.
