Our dedicated mission towards environmental responsibility is a testament to this commitment. Apartment Sydney is a modern and spacious holiday apartment, accommodating 4+2 guests. Located on the ground floor, it is a short walk from the center of Alvor and has access to a communal swimming pool.

Access to the pool and garden area is via stairs or elevator to a lower level and then just a few steps. The bright, open-plan living/dining area features satellite TV, a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and air conditioning.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

In the kitchen, there is also a breakfast dining table, a balcony, and a pantry. The 2 bedrooms are furnished with double beds and built-in wardrobes.

One of the bedrooms has a small terrace with an outdoor table and chairs, ideal for enjoying breakfast.

There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower, and the other with a walk-in shower. This magnificent apartment is situated on the outskirts of the fishing village of Alvor, known for having one of the longest beaches in the Algarve (a 5-minute drive) and a beautiful seaside promenade.

The nearest golf course, Alto Golf, is just a 2-minute drive away.

Supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Alvor is an ideal destination for relaxing holidays, offering excellent restaurants and lively nightlife. The apartment includes free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the living room (with an additional portable unit). The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.

For added convenience, food hampers can be booked (additional cost) in advance. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.

However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.

We can also arrange transfers if needed. Groups deposit: €150 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 4 guests. From the 5th to the 6th guest, an additional charge will apply, which includes an extra bed. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
