It has one double bedroom (1x140) on the ground floor and three double bedrooms (3x140) upstairs as well as two bedrooms with bunk beds (4 x 90) for a capacity of 12 people.


In order of visit, you will enter onto a living area comprising a comfortable dining room, an open-plan kitchen equipped with all the appliances you need to make you feel at home (oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and much more). A living room with TV, Wifi and a fireplace with wood available. A utility room where you will find a shower for returning from the beach, a washing machine and tumble dryer, an additional fridge-freezer and childcare equipment (cot, bath, potty, high chair)

On the ground floor, a shower room with Italian shower and separate toilet. On the first floor, a shower room with wc completes the house

Follow the path of the sun, on either side of the house, enjoy the shade of the fruit trees. Garden furniture (table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol) is provided for maximum comfort. Cook the day's specialities on the gas griddle or charcoal barbecue.


Two secure parking spaces are adjacent to the house. For additional parking spaces, the beach car park is just a stone's throw away.
