We rent out this cozy and wonderful detached villa in the mountain village of Annaberg-Lungötz in Austria.
The beautiful new house is located directly on the slope of the attractive, magnificent Dachstein-West family ski area.
This is an excellent area for recreation and relaxation, both in summer and winter. We rent out one apartment for 6-8 people, one for 8-10 people, and one (wheelchair-accessible) apartment for 12-14 people. The chalet was completed in early 2009 and is one of the larger properties directly on the slope.
The house is modern and offers enough space for everyone. The house is fully equipped for winter sports enthusiasts; but for summer vacationers, each apartment also features French doors with access to its own terrace.
Additional luxury is provided by the underground garage beneath the house, which offers 2 or 3 parking spaces per apartment.
Your cars will thus be snow-free and very close by. Electric cars are not permitted in the garage! Our chalet is a non-smoking house. Pets are only allowed in the Dachstein apartment. 1 pet costs EUR 15.00 per night with a minimum charge of EUR 50.00 per stay. Deposit: The deposit is to be paid upon arrival at the apartment.
Apartment Bergblick and Dachstein: EUR 450 in winter or EUR 350 in summer; Apartment Annaberg: EUR 500 in winter or EUR 400 in summer. Bed linen: If you rent for less than a week, bed linen costs EUR 15 per person (mandatory). Check-in: Saturday from 3:30 PM (or on another arrival day). Check-out: Saturday by 10:00 AM (or on any other departure day).
