Some issues with Pool not useable for first 3 days. Motor was broken but they replaced it with a new one after day 3
Whirlpool needed to be cleaned after previous guests.
Some plumbing issues - 2nd shower not useable do to blockage so we only had one shower. In fairness, they did try to fix this bu...

Me gustó mucho la casa , esta muy limpia .Bien decorada y en una buena zona muy tranquila y a la vez cerca de Corralejo.
El jacuzzi no funcionaba bien estaba estropeado , creo que deben avisar a los clientes y por lo menos hacer un descuento.
Por que se paga por el servicio completo .

Stayed here last September for the first time with my husband and absolutely loved it. It offered everything you could want and more and Nad our manager was amazing! She was readily available if needed and sorted any tiny issue courteously and promptly. Idyllic holiday and can’t wait to return again in October. Thank you Nad and the team.
