Cook delicious meals in a well-equipped kitchen.
Casa Lugana 15 is a spacious studio apartment of approx. 30 sqm and has recently been refurbished and furnished in modern style.
It is located on the second and last floor, from the flat you cannot see the lake, it is south-west facing, but having a lakefront garden with a small beach and stone pier is a truly exceptional feature of the residence of which it is part.
The flat has a private balcony with a small table and 2 chairs facing south.
It consists of
- Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, moka coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, "Dolce Gusto" waffle coffee machine;
- Comfortable double bed and wardrobe;
- Practical bathroom with full length shower.
- Heating and air conditioning in case of need are included.
The car park is also private and protected by an automatic sliding gate.
A few minutes walk away there are shops and supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, numerous pizzerias, renowned restaurants, a pastry shop with tables in front of the lake, the church, the long beach of the lido of Sirmione, the Terme di Virgilio (a new facility for inhalation cures, massages, mud baths) and much more.
About half an hour's walk along the lake you can reach the castle of Sirmione, the caves of Catullus and the famous wellness centre/spa "Aquaria".
To spend quiet days sunbathing by the lake the garden with swimming pool will suit you; if you prefer to explore the surrounding area you will be close to the village centre, shops, restaurants, wine cellars, farmhouses and many other attractions.
