The ANAGABU building is located in the heart of Paseo Jaime I. You only have to cross the street to enter the famous Llevant Beach.
It is a huge flat, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and independent kitchen with office.
The living-dining room is very spacious and bright. And from the terrace you will enjoy fantastic sea views.

Amazing views, apartment was very clean and spacious. Location is quiet and close to main supermarket short walk to all shops and restaurants. Access to private pool.
Clothes horse to hang clothes when they r washed. No pegs on clothes line also lights stairwell go out by the time you reach 5th floor.
