This house is located on the island of Pasman, in the bay St. Ante, on the beach. It contains three bedrooms, two with a queen bed and one with bunk beds for two persons, so it can accommodate 6 persons. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, crokery, refrigerator with freezer compartment, a cooking stove and a SAT TV. Four sunbeds and a portable parasol, as well as a barbecue and outside shower are supplied. Pets are on request and against surcharge welcome. The house is accessible by car, on a distance of about 150 m, to the bay of Sveti Ante, on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, that can be affected by weather conditions. These roads are passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday. It is possible to rent through the winter, but a winter rental includes additional costs for heating materials. The water tank holds 35.000 l. This water is staying in the tank in hot weather, so we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and lights. Running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. Outdoor shower is provided with a boiler that heats by the warmth of the sun. The water and electricity should be spent here sparingly. Bed linen and bathroom towels are prepared for you, fresh are delivered once a week. Beach towels are not available, please bring your own. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, with your regular household recharger. Guests can have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet, which the guests should insert in one of their devices. That device will then work as a hot spot. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driving license for open waters). Guests are advised to check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency in Biograd, because the arrival to the house may be inconvenient at night, and even impossible after the last ferry sailed out.
