The flat, located on the ground floor, is accessible from the large garden furnished with a large table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals in the open air on sunny days. The entrance opens onto the bright living area that features a dining table, a sideboard, a television and a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed. The kitchen is independent and complete with all amenities, including a kettle, microwave, American coffee machine and washing machine. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first of which has a double bed and television, while the second has a bunk bed. Both rooms have access to the magnificent back garden, which features two sun loungers, ideal for relaxing surrounded by greenery. A modern bathroom with shower completes the flat.


Free wi-fi, independent heating for colder days and air conditioning in the hallway to cool the entire flat.
