It is situated in the second floor of a small private building with two bedrooms.
It has its own sunset – superview balcony. The distance to the long sandy beach of Conil is just abt. 100m.
The apartment is comfortably furnished with washing machine, baking-oven and microwave, Ceran-cooking, toaster, coffee-machine and Sat-TV.
It also has air-conditioning and heating.
Each bedroom has new beds and mattresses, one bedroom with doble-bed for 2 persons and one bedroom with 2 single beds for 2 persons. It is posible to add an aditional bed for a child (with extracosts)
