2-bedroom apartment for holidays next to Praia da Rocha's 1st line, a 1-minute walk from the beach sand.
The property consists of: entrance hall, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room with air conditioning (hot and cold) and a chaise longue sofa (sofa bed).
The entire apartment has air conditioning (hot and cold). We understand that some guests are looking for more affordable holidays and don't mind details like noise.
Within a short distance from the apartment, you will find bars, clubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc.
As it is located on the main street for bars, clubs, and restaurants, there is noise until late.
The apartment has double-glazed windows to minimize sound impact and provide greater comfort, but depending on each guest's sensitivity, some noise may be perceptible inside.
By making a reservation, the guest acknowledges and accepts any less positive characteristics of the accommodation, as these are already reflected in the reduced rate.
For this reason, refunds or reallocations due to these issues are not possible. NOTE: Only 6 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies). - A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival.
The deposit will be charged as a payment via credit card, Revolut, or in advance via bank transfer.
The deposit refund will be processed up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX: As per applicable municipal legislation since March 14, 2024, for all reservations, guests must pay in cash upon check-in: - High season (01/04 to 31/10): €2 per person, per night. - Low season (01/11 to 31/03): €1 per person, per night. Note: - The tax is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is only charged to guests aged 13 years or older. - Water, electricity, and gas consumption (if applicable) are included within normal parameters for conscious use.
Meter readings are taken upon entry and exit to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (if it differs from 30 days, a corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption exceeding the included amount must be settled by the guests to NURIS2U the day before departure, in cash.
Included amounts for electricity and water per 30-day booking, depending on the accommodation type: T2: 250 kWh and 12 m³.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the deposit amount. PAYMENT: Payment must be made using details from a physical credit card (not virtual), and you will need to confirm the transaction in your bank's application.
