It is a beautiful apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom located in a historic building in the center of Granada, which has been completely restored, respecting the architectural elements of the facade.
Upon entering the apartment we directly access the living room, decorated with quality furniture and which has a 1.50 cm double sofa-bed, side table, chairs and 50-inch Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room and has all the necessary utensils to make your stay more comfortable. Next to the kitchen there is a dining table with seating for 4 people. This room is very bright because it has 3 balconies with views of Mesones Street and Placeta de Santo Cristo.
Next to the living room we find the bedroom, very spacious and bright thanks to two balconies that overlook Mesones Street and Caldereros Street. It has a double bed of 1.60 x 2 m and a large built-in wardrobe.
Next to the bedroom, and with access from the living room, is the spacious bathroom with a shower. It also has natural light thanks to a balcony that overlooks Caldereros Street.
The apartment has air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room. In addition, despite being completely exterior, the balconies have double window, guaranteeing the rest.
As it is a historic building, it does not have an elevator.
The area of the apartment is perfect to visit the city on foot, as it is in the heart of Granada, just a few steps from the main tourist attractions of the city. In addition, the area has many shops, restaurants and tapas bars where you can enjoy authentic Andalusian cuisine.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.
