This stunning flat in Barcelona has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 people. The flat has 56 m². Flat recommended for families, not groups of young people. The house is located in the city centre. It has lift, internet access (wifi), Tv. The kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer and washing machine are provided.



It is located 60 m from the bus station Autobus, 180 m from the metro station Poble Sec (l3), 600 m from the supermarket Centro comercial Arenas / Arena's Mall, 2 km from the train station Sants Estacio, 4 km from the Barceloneta Beach / Barceloneta's Beach sandy beach, 14 km from the airport El Prat Airport.


This flat is located in one of the cultural arteries of the city of Barcelona: the Avenida Paral-lel. From the end of the 19th century until 1970 it has always been linked to the world of entertainment, with cabarets, music halls and theatres such as the Teatro Condal, the Teatro Victoria and the Teatro Apolo, which continue to put on shows. The "Catalan Broadway" is full of charm and although it is no longer the same as before, it still offers a wide variety of activities and entertainment.




Gastronomic offers



Pral-lel offers one of the best and most varied gastronomic options, which fill its pedestrian streets and tapas bars. It has many terraces where you can have a drink, nightclubs and a magnificent gastronomic and cultural scene. Some recommendations


El Rincón del cava is special; its tapas are made with fresh and local products.



Casa tapas Cañota is another of the best restaurants in the area; among the most interesting are the Galician tapas.



Antic café Espanyol. This restaurant is worth a visit for its history and location. It has been a meeting point for artists and performers who met after attending the theatres in the area.



Tast Bcn is a modern establishment with an avant-garde gastronomic offer. A mix of traditional and contemporary food to share with a group of friends, couple or family.

Price: 30,00 EUR per booking. Guests must bring bed linen. not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it






-Out of hours arrival


- Our check-in hours are from 15:00 hrs. to 19h, Monday to Friday (please ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge 30 EUR in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100 euros




- If the day of arrival is a local or bank holidays, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100euros




- If the day of arrival is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10pm, after 10pm 100 euros and after 1am 150 euros





- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied. (5€/person/night, over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).





- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the flat will result in immediate eviction from the flat and a fine of at least 400 euros.





- NO parties or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to that of the police).
