In a unique location, quiet yet central, you will find our lovingly managed guesthouse.
Just a few steps from the cable car, our house is a wonderful starting point for hikers, cyclists, and skiers in summer and winter. We have 6 rooms and 7 apartments for 2-6 people.
All rooms and apartments are equipped with a balcony, LED TV, WiFi, radio, telephone, umbrella, hairdryer, separate toilet, and (at least) a shower. Our breakfast buffet ensures a good start to the day. A generous wellness area with a sauna, steam bath, and infrared cabin will make you forget everyday life and make our guesthouse a wonderful holiday home in the mountains. Hochkönig Card included! • Check-in (contactless) from 2:00 PM • Check-out by 10:30 AM • Final cleaning for apartments €40 to €80 • Breakfast for apartments can be booked for an additional charge of €15 per person • Daily cleaning of apartments can be booked (€12 per cleaning) • Children's discounts available upon request And this is how you can find us: From the entrance to Maria Alm, drive straight ahead towards the center.
